Join us!\n Responsibilities:\n Gather, analyze and document business requirements through discovery workshops;\n\n Analyze business processes and perform Fit/Gap analysis;\n\n Advise clients on Odoo best practices, standard functionality and appropriate solutions;\n\n Configure Odoo and conduct functional product demonstrations;\n\n Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria;\n\n Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and validate solutions;\n\n Understand dependencies and integration points between Odoo modules;\n\n Identify functional risks, issues and dependencies.\n\n Testing & Go-Live Readiness:\n\n Take end-to-end ownership of the testing workstream;\n\n Define and maintain Test Plans, schedules and testing processes;\n\n Coordinate SIT/UAT across Sales, Finance, Logistics and other business areas;\n\n Coordinate consultants, developers, testers and client key users during testing;\n\n Manage test cycles, coverage, defects, retesting and progress tracking;\n\n Ensure readiness of functionality, data and integrations for testing;\n\n Identify and escalate testing-related risks, gaps and dependencies;\n\n Assess process readiness and contribute to Go-Live readiness reporting;\n\n Work with the Project Manager to align testing activities with the overall project plan and critical path.\n\n Stakeholder Management:\n Act as a bridge between business and technical teams;\n\n Communicate clearly with clients, key users, developers and project management;\n\n Proactively raise risks, issues and dependencies and support informed decision-making.\n\n Requirements:\n Experience as an Odoo Consultant on implementation and/or support projects;\n\n Strong understanding of Odoo and business processes;\n\n Experience with requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis and functional configuration;\n\n Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria;\n\n Hands-on Odoo configuration experience;\n\n Experience working closely with developers and technical teams;\n\n Experience coordinating SIT/UAT or ERP testing activities;\n\n Understanding of test planning, defect management and retesting;\n\n Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;\n\n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;\n\n English -
