maintenance of application software.\nProviding L1 technical support to company employees, including handling user requests, performing initial diagnostics, and resolving common incidents.\nSelecting, purchasing, tracking, and configuring computer hardware, peripherals, and software.\nDiagnosing hardware issues and performing minor modular repairs (coordinating with service centers and monitoring repair timelines and quality).\nMaintaining up-to-date documentation on IT infrastructure and departmental processes.\nSupporting the physical layer of the structured cabling system (SCS) within the office, including workstations, network cabinets, and UPS units, as well as coordinating with contractors when necessary.\nWymagania\nMust-have:\nExperience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer is preferred.\nHands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS, as well as basic Linux skills.\nHardware troubleshooting and modular repair skills (PCs, laptops, and peripherals).\nBasic knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP principles, SCS fundamentals (cabling, patch cords, wall outlets), and basic network troubleshooting.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to clearly prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.\nDiscipline and adherence to internal procedures.\nNice to have:\nExperience with ServiceDesk / HelpDesk systems.\nExperience administering or supporting access control systems (Sigur, Hikvision).\nExperience working with VPN solutions (WireGuard, OpenVPN, etc.).\nExperience maintaining technical
