Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Reportings für die ISG und ihre Gesellschaften sowie Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Koordination und kaufmännische Begleitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Durchführung fundierter Analysen sowie Ableitung und Kommunikation von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisoptimierung
- Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung, Bewertung und Präsentation von Business Cases, Investitionsrechnungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Geschäftsführung
- Kaufmännischer Sparringspartner für Management und Fachbereiche bei strategischen und operativen Steuerungsentscheidungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten, Kennzahlensystemen und Management-Reporting
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Management und Geschäftsleitung
Das zeichnet Sie aus
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, z. B. zum geprüften Controller oder Bilanzbuchhalter
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Kostenmanagement und Unternehmensplanung
- Erfahrung in der Budgetierung sowie in der Begleitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Investitionsrechnungen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, idealerweise SAP CO/FI, sowie mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen Ansprechpartnern
