Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in the assembly, soldering, testing and preparation of the products that carry the Innuos name to music lovers around the world.\nThis is a hands-on role for an experienced technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision and quality.\nWe are looking for someone with solid experience in electronics assembly and precision soldering, capable of working independently while consistently maintaining exceptionally high standards.\nEvery product that leaves our facilities reflects the care, attention to detail and quality that define the Innuos brand.\nYou will work closely with our Production, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure every unit meets those expectations.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform manual soldering of electronic components, connectors, wiring and PCB assemblies to a consistently high standard\nAssemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and technical documentation\nCarry out inspection and quality control activities throughout the assembly process\nPerform functional testing and validation of finished products\nIdentify, troubleshoot and help resolve assembly or production-related issues\nEnsure compliance with ESD handling procedures and manufacturing standards\nCollaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to support product improvements and manufacturing excellence\nContribute ideas and suggestions to improve assembly processes, product quality and operational efficiency\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production processes\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation where required\nSupport packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment when necessary\n\n What We’re Looking For\nTechnical qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)\nMinimum 5 years of experience in electronics assembly, soldering or related manufacturing environments\nProven experience in manual soldering of electronic components and assemblies (precision electronic soldering)\nStrong understanding of electronic components, PCB assemblies, wiring and connectors\nAbility to read assembly instructions, technical documentation and basic schematics\nExperience working with fine-pitch components and precision electronic assemblies is highly valued\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality\nStrong manual dexterity and pride in producing high-quality work\nAbility to work independently with a high level of responsibility and ownership\nProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset\nTeam-oriented approach and strong work ethic\nAbility to communicate in English in a manufacturing environment\n\n Nice to Have\nIPC soldering certification (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001 or equivalent)\nExperience in ESD-controlled manufacturing environments\nExperience assembling high-quality audio, computing, telecommunications or other electronic equipment\nExperience in testing and troubleshooting electronic products\nInterest in electronics, music or high-performance technology products\n\n
