The role focuses on engineering execution, system sizing, and technical support, ensuring that BESS solutions meet project, customer, and grid requirements.\nPrepare technical designs and configurations of BESS solutions based on defined product platforms and system architectures;\n\nPerform technical calculations and system sizing, including: energy and power sizing, performance and efficiency calculations, losses and degradation assumptions, basic technical inputs for cost estimation;\n\nDevelop technical layouts, single-line diagrams, and system documentation (where applicable);\n\nSupport the evaluation of technical feasibility for customer and project-specific requirements;\n\nConfigure BESS components and subsystems, including batteries, PCS, EMS, transformers, containers, and auxiliary systems;\n\nEnsure technical compatibility and compliance between hardware and software components;\n\nSupport EMS configuration, monitoring, and basic control logic alignment;\n\nAssist with grid code and interconnection requirement analysis;\n\nProvide technical support during pre-sales and tendering phases, including preparation of technical documentation and solution concepts;\n\nSupport project teams during engineering, implementation, and commissioning phases;\n\nRespond to technical queries from internal teams and customers;\n\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, calculations, and configuration records;\n\nFollow defined technical standards, product specifications, and configuration rules;\n\nSupport continuous improvement of engineering tools, templates, and technical workflows;\n\nWork closely with the Product Development & Technical Solutions Manager and follow defined product and technical guidelines;\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Project Management, and external partners as required;\n\nEscalate technical risks, limitations, and deviations in a timely manner;\n\nBenefits\nEnjoy 5 extra days of paid holiday!
