escalate complex P1/P2 incidents to L3/Engineering teams.\nProactive Monitoring: 24/7 system health monitoring using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Nagios; respond promptly to alerts and system warnings.\nService Desk & Access Requests: Manage user access requests, IAM role assignments, security group modifications, and password/credential resets.\n\nOperational Engineering & Maintenance\n\nCompute & Storage Admin: Provision, scale, and manage EC2 instances, EBS volumes, S3 buckets, EFS, and AMIs;
