You'll work on the hardest growth blockers and own meaningful pieces of the product vision. \nWhat You’ll Do \nThis is an 80% technical / 20% leadershiprole. You'll write production-grade code, guide product architecture, and elevate engineering velocity. \nCore Responsibilities \nDesign and implement scalable systems across our full stack (Python, TypeScript, SQL) \nLead feature and architectural planning, and write specs for major components \nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers \nBuild and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines \nImprove performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability of key systems \nReview code, mentor junior developers, and guide quality standards \nCommunicate progress and risks with engineering leadership \nAct as a product owner-understand user needs, propose roadmap items, and drive implementation \nWhat You Bring \nExperience \n6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a senior \n2+ years working in startup or high-growth environments \nDeep experience with: \nPython \nTypeScript, Node.js/Nest.js(or similar frameworks) \nSQLand schema design \nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) \nBS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent background \nTraits & Mindset \nProduct-oriented thinker:Able to anticipate user needs and propose practical solutions \nArchitect-level skillset: Capable of designing systems from scratch \nMentor & collaborator:Invested in
