Together, we advance your career. \n\nML SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER \n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our software development team for building and verifying ML based software. If the challenge of creating defect free software for machine learning excites you and you are passionate about improving training efficiency and enjoy innovating and coming up with new ideas, then this role is for you.\n\nYou will be part of a world class team focused on addressing the challenge of creating software.\n\nThe Person\n\nThe ideal candidate should have experience with C++, python, understanding of GPU/CPU communication and familiar with open-source code version control like Git.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnabling support for different data type in hipblaslt/tensilelite \n Creating test cases to validate functionality and performance.\nMonitor and maintain end-to-end ML test cases for compiler in production, troubleshooting issues where needed\nContribute your changes to open source.\nInfluence the direction of AMD AI platform.\nCross teams collaborate with various groups and stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\n5+ years of experience.\nExcellent python, C++ programming skills, including debugging, profiling, and perf analysis.\nUnderstanding of CPU/GPU communication with experience in HIP programming\nExperience with ML pipeline.\nCI/CD pipeline\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAcademic Credentials\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline\n\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\n\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
