Samen werken jullie nauw samen met Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistiek, Finance en andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat klantafspraken en servicenormen consequent worden nagekomen.\nAls onderdeel van deze functie ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse contact met huurders op onze locatie Hillcrest UK. Je zorgt ervoor dat hun wensen en behoeften worden begrepen, eventuele serviceproblemen worden opgelost en dat de juiste interne ondersteuning wordt ingezet.\nOver jou\nJe bent een echte people manager die energie krijgt van het leiden en motiveren van een team. Je vindt het leuk om medewerkers te coachen en te ontwikkelen, zodat zij hun volledige potentieel kunnen bereiken. Je creëert een teamcultuur waarin verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking, klantgerichtheid en continue verbetering centraal staan.\nJe hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team van customer service-medewerkers op basis van KPI’s en prestatie-indicatoren. Deze ervaring heb je bijvoorbeeld opgedaan binnen een klantcontactcentrum of een logistieke omgeving.\nJe bent een samenwerkingsgerichte professional die sterke relaties opbouwt met collega's en stakeholders. Je werkt effectief samen met verschillende teams om een soepele dienstverlening te waarborgen en eventuele problemen snel op te lossen.\nOmdat jouw team verspreid is over de EMEA-regio (in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Nederland, Italië, Spanje en Frankrijk), is ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers op afstand en in verschillende landen een grote pré.
