You’ll be carrying out planned maintenance and repairs across a range of mechanical and electrical systems and helping to keep the site running smoothly and safely. You’ll also have the chance to get involved in improvement projects and drive changes that really make a difference.\nWe take pride in what we do and support each other to keep everything running safely and efficiently. If you’re a hands-on engineer/technician who enjoys variety, teamwork, and getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nElectrical work - lighting, sockets, and fault-finding including upgrades and small project work\nMaintaining air handling equipment (filters, belts, pulleys)\nCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance on plant and building systems\nOperating and maintaining steam systems (including high-pressure boilers and fittings)\nMaintaining hot and cold water systems, pumps, and chemical dosing systems\nWorking with BMS (Trend Vision) systems, valves, actuators, and motor controllers\nServicing drainage and effluent systems\nOccasionally working on DALI computerised lighting systems\nAbout you\nWe’re looking for someone who:\nHas experience in on-site maintenance (electrical or mechanical bias)\nIdeally completed an electrical apprenticeship or holds up-to-date electrical installation regs (mechanical qualifications also considered)\nIs confident using a computer or maintenance software (CAFM experience is a plus)\nEnjoys taking ownership of work and finding solutions independently\nCan adapt when priorities change - flexibility is key here\nWorks well as part of a supportive team and helps others when needed\nHas a good understanding of safe working practices and health & safety\nWhat’s in it for you\nThis is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:15. Working 1 weekend in 4, 3 hours a day) based at our site located in Belton, outside Loughborough.
