Tegelijkertijd creëer je een positieve werkomgeving waarin teams succesvol kunnen zijn en zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen.\nDaarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de naleving van zowel de AAALAC-richtlijnen als de beleidslijnen en procedures van Envigo/Inoti\nOver jou:\nJe beschikt over een relevante opleiding of kwalificatie op het gebied van dierverzorging, inclusief Artikel 13f of Artikel 12 (of bent bereid deze te behalen).\nJe bent een ervaren leidinggevende die eigenaarschap neemt voor resultaten en weet hoe je het beste uit een team haalt. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld, stelt duidelijke verwachtingen en creëert een positieve werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich ondersteund, betrokken en verantwoordelijk voelen voor hun prestaties.\nJe bent een echte mensenmens en werkt graag samen met anderen.
