This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Attention to detail and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential.Execute the full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating and offers.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and other HR systems.\nBuild and sustain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and external vendors.\nProvide market insights and recruitment trend analysis to inform hiring strategies.\nDevelop creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media and professional networks.\nRepresent the company at campus and industry recruiting events (virtual and in-person).\nParticipate in TA/HR projects and operational initiatives.\nGenerate and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership.\nAdvise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics.\nOther special projects and duties as assigned\n\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.\nExperience filling entry-level and skilled hourly roles.\nExperience filling transportation roles preferred.\nExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and HRIS tools\nKnowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.\nFamiliarity with sourcing platforms.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.\nExcellent time management and organizational skills.\nCustomer service orientation and professionalism.\n\nThe anticipated base salary for this position could range from between $55,000 to $70,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience.
