This position does not have direct reports but requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and external client stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Duties:\nLead end-to-end project delivery for professional services engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget\n\nServe as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication on project status, risks, and opportunities\n\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and success metrics\n\nFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables and user stories\n\nLead change management initiatives using structured methodologies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes\n\nConduct business analysis activities to identify process improvements, efficiency gains, and strategic recommendations for clients\n\nManage project risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies and escalating appropriately when needed\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle\n\nCreate and maintain project documentation including charters, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned\n\nMonitor project budgets, track actuals versus forecasts, and provide financial reporting to leadership\n\nFacilitate project meetings including kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees, and retrospectives\n\nEnsure adherence to organizational project management standards, methodologies, and best practices\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field\n\n5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment\n\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent training\n\nPROSCI Change Management certification or equivalent training\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities\n\nDemonstrated experience managing projects valued at $500k+\n\nDemonstrated experience managing change using ADKAR methodology\n\nStrong risk, issue, and dependency management experience \n\nExperience leading steering committees and executive status reporting \n\nExperience managing project financials and forecasting\n\nExceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and navigate challenging conversations\n\nStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through\n\nStrong facilitation and workshop leadership skills\n\nProven resource planning and capacity management experience\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels\n\nExperience creating user stories and working within Agile or hybrid project frameworks\n\nProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)\n\nUnderstanding of business analysis techniques including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis\n\nProven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables\n\nStrong problem-solving
