de la mission\nNous recherchons un Développeur Full Stack Java pour intervenir sur des applications stratégiques à fort enjeu métier, au sein d'une organisation agile structurée autour du framework SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).\nVous intégrerez une équipe de développement évoluant dans un environnement collaboratif, avec des interactions régulières entre les équipes techniques, les Product Owners, les architectes et les différents acteurs Agile.\nUne bonne maîtrise des pratiques Agile SAFe et une expérience concrète dans ce type d'organisation sont particulièrement attendues.\nMissions principales\nConcevoir, développer et faire évoluer des applications basées sur Java 21+ et Spring Boot.\n\nConcevoir et développer des API REST performantes et sécurisées.\n\nParticiper aux choix d'architecture et aux revues de conception technique.\n\nContribuer à la qualité du code à travers les tests unitaires, les tests d'intégration et les revues de code.\n\nParticiper activement aux cérémonies Agile dans un environnement SAFe : PI Planning, Daily Meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review et rétrospectives.\n\nCollaborer étroitement avec les Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architectes et équipes de développement.\n\nContribuer à la préparation et au suivi des incréments PI (Program Increment).\n\nParticiper à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de développement et des processus de livraison.\n\nVeiller au respect des bonnes pratiques de développement et des standards techniques.\n\nProfil recherché\nCompétences indispensables\nExcellente maîtrise de Java 21+ et Spring Boot.\nExpérience confirmée dans la conception et le développement d'API REST.\nBonne connaissance des architectures distribuées et des microservices.\nExpérience significative dans un environnement Agile SAFe.\nBonne compréhension des cérémonies et des principes du framework SAFe, notamment le PI Planning.\nMaîtrise des pratiques de développement collaboratif et de CI/CD.\nExpérience avec les outils de gestion de code source et d'intégration continue.\nCapacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement transverse.\nEnvironnement technique\nJava 21+\nSpring
