applications, infrastructures, réseaux et migrations de sites\n\nMissions\n- Coordonner une cellule PMO\n- Consolider le planning intégré métier/IT : jalons, dépendances, livrables, chemins critiques\n- Suivre le budget, les dépenses, les prévisions et les écarts\n- Piloter le suivi des achats, commandes, factures et prestataires\n- Consolider les risques, alertes, décisions et plans d'actions\n- Construire les tableaux de bord, KPI et supports de reporting pour les instances de gouvernance\n- Préparer et animer les comités et rituels de pilotage\n- Alerter sur les dérives et proposer des plans de rattrapage\nProfil recherché\nCompétences obligatoires\n- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience, dont une expérience confirmée de Lead PMO, PMO Manager ou directeur de projet sur un programme complexe\n- Management d'une équipe PMO et pilotage d'un portefeuille multi-projets\n- Planning intégré, gestion des risques, animation de la gouvernance, reporting et KPI\n- Pilotage financier du programme : budget, forecast, écarts, suivi des achats et des prestataires\n- Bonne connaissance des environnements SI d'entreprise (applications, infrastructure, réseau, poste de travail)\n- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de Power BI\n- Expérience en environnement international, anglais courant\n\nCompétences appréciées\n- Expérience en contexte M&A, carve-out ou intégration SI post-acquisition\n- Expérience de migrations de sites ou de transformation infrastructure / workplace\n- Expérience en environnement fortement réglementé ou à enjeux de sécurité\n- Certification PMP ou
