Confers with physicians throughout Inova systems regarding patient dosages, regarding equipment evaluation and quality assurance.\nCooperates and adhere to regulatory agencies (state and federal) in demonstrating compliance with applicable rules and recommendations.\nConfers with vendors or equipment used in practice (i.e. linear accelerators, MRI, CT etc.) concerning purchase specifications, acceptance rules and regulations.\nDiscusses with patients and other members of the public radiation exposure with medical procedures.\nConfers with physicians in subspecialties in all patient uses in ionizing radiation.\nProvides Medical Physics coverage as deemed appropriate to the sub specialty (i.e..
