and Supply Chain policies and procedures.\n\nMaintains accurate records of medical supplies, equipment, and mset carts ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.\n\nEstablishes, monitors and adjusts supply par levels according to utilization trends.\n\nExecutes daily ordering of supplies for assigned customer supply rooms.\n\nWorks with purchasing on back ordered items, monitors, reviews and removes recalled and nearly expired or expired customer supply room inventory.\n\nAccurately picks medical supplies from warehouse, based on order pick tickets and accurately puts away inventory in clean supply rooms.\n\nAs needed, manages, maintains inventory, and processes orders for non-stock items.\n\nMaintains cleanliness and organization of assigned clean supply rooms as well as the warehouse.\n\nIs crossed trained as needed to support receiving, equipment management, warehouse ordering.\n\nTakes ownership of all aspects of the product conversion (replace product, labels, PAR sheets, etc.) and proactively communicates with customers on product conversions.\n\nRegularly checks-in and maintains communication with clinical staff for assigned units.\n\nMaintains high level of customer service.\n\nUtilizes, manages, and maintains materials management information system and point of use system for assigned areas.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nEducation: High School diploma or equivalent\nExperience: 3 years of Materials Management or related experience\nPreferred
