You work across Product, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable product solutions that deliver value for clients and support business growth. You bring a strong understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle and help ensure products are differentiated, measurable, and responsibly designed for healthcare and enterprise use cases.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine and drive product strategy and roadmap for key partner, platform integration, and AI/ML-powered products within the business unit portfolio.\nTranslate business problems into AI/ML use cases, including predictive models, NLP, and GenAI/LLM-based capabilities, in partnership with AI/ML Engineering and Data Science.\nManage product planning by gathering and prioritizing input from internal and external stakeholders, aligning requirements with business goals and market needs.\nOwn the AI product lifecycle, including problem framing, data requirements, model evaluation criteria, validation considerations, responsible AI and bias review, deployment planning, and go-to-market readiness.\nCoordinate platform dependencies and lead cross-functional teams through release planning and go-to-market activities to support successful product launches and enhancements.\nDefine and track success metrics and KPIs for AI/ML features, including accuracy, precision/recall, latency, adoption, and business ROI, and monitor post-launch model performance with Data Science.\nChampion responsible AI practices in product design, including data privacy, explainability, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA.\nPartner with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products to strengthen market position and competitive differentiation.\nWhat You'll Need\n8 to 12 years of experience managing AI/ML or data-driven products, with working knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data collection, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.\nFull-time graduation degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Data Science and ML Engineering teams and translate technical AI concepts for business and executive audiences.\nWorking knowledge of AI/ML-powered product development, including model evaluation, data requirements, post-launch monitoring, and business outcome measurement.\nFamiliarity with success metrics and KPIs for AI/ML features, including accuracy, precision/recall, latency, adoption, and business ROI.\nKnowledge of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, explainability, bias mitigation, and healthcare regulatory compliance such as HIPAA.\nNice to have: Familiarity with GenAI/LLM technologies and their application to enterprise and healthcare products.\nDemonstrate growth potential and learning agility by staying curious, learning new AI/ML capabilities, and applying new knowledge to improve product outcomes as business needs evolve.\nDemonstrate leadership by influencing cross-functional partners, building alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Sales, and navigating differing viewpoints to move work forward.\nDemonstrate adaptability by adjusting quickly to changing priorities, emerging technologies, platform dependencies, and evolving business or regulatory requirements while maintaining focus on outcomes.\nDemonstrate creative thinking by identifying practical, innovative ways to apply AI/ML capabilities to business problems and differentiate products in core markets.\nDemonstrate analytical skills by interpreting product, model, and business performance data, identifying meaningful patterns, and using evidence to guide decisions and prioritization.\nOur Shared Commitments\nMaintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;\nAdhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and\nFulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer.\nWork Environment\nThis is primarily a computer-based role performed in a remote, hybrid, or office environment. Some travel may be required, depending on the needs of the role.
