You partner with cross functional teams to deliver scalable platform solutions, support core ServiceNow modules, and strengthen integrations across systems. In this role, you bring strong technical expertise in scripting, platform customization, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities to support enterprise business needs.\nSupport and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and related applications.\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub to enable reliable data exchange across systems.\nCreate and customize forms, service catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.\nPerform platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution to maintain platform stability, performance, and functionality.\nTroubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective fixes and improvements across the platform.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver platform enhancements aligned to business priorities.\nImprove platform performance and support ongoing optimization of ServiceNow applications, configurations, and development practices.\nWhat You'll Need\n3 to 8 years of hands on ServiceNow development experience.\nGraduation or equivalent combination of education and experience required.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform configuration.\nExperience with integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and API development.\nExperience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows.\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices.\nServiceNow CSA certification required.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nDemonstrate growth potential and learning agility by quickly learning new platform capabilities, development approaches, and business requirements, and applying that knowledge to improve ServiceNow solutions over time.\nDemonstrate leadership by collaborating effectively with cross functional partners, contributing technical expertise, and helping drive scalable platform decisions without direct authority.\nDemonstrate adaptability by managing changing priorities, evolving requirements, and platform updates while maintaining quality and delivery.\nDemonstrate creative thinking by identifying practical ways to improve workflows, streamline integrations, and enhance platform functionality and user experience.\nDemonstrate analytical skills by diagnosing issues, evaluating technical options, and using evidence and logic to design effective solutions.\nNice to have: ServiceNow CAD certification.\nOur Shared Commitments\nMaintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;\nAdhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and\nFulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer.\nWork Environment\nThis is primarily a computer-based role performed in a remote, hybrid, or office environment.
