This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and strong people leadership to ensure seamless operations, continuous improvement, and an engaged workforce. The Operations Manager is expected to lead in alignment with Inovar’s core values-Customer Focus, Partnership Driven, and Team Engagement-while role modeling behaviors that support a positive culture and productive work environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute short- and long-term manufacturing strategies, including workforce planning, capital investments, and technology integration.\nLead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development to build and retain a collaborative, high-performing operations team. Supervises Purchasing, R&D, Shipping, and Receiving. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, performance management, employee development, and ensuring policy compliance.
