Attention to detail is critical to maintaining our high-quality standards. Tabletop rewinding is required as needed. Modtech Delta experience is a plus!\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and operate rewinding or diecutting equipment according to job specifications.\nPerform visual inspection of finished press rolls to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.\nIdentify and address defects to ensure product consistency and integrity.\nPerform light maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing minor parts to keep machines operating efficiently.\nTroubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.\nOperate material handling equipment such as manual pallet jacks (to move palletized product) and roll lifts (to transfer rolls from pallets to the rewinder).\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.\nCommunicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure efficient workflow.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements to improve productivity and reduce waste.\nBasic Qualifications\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to make basic repairs and machine adjustments.\nAbility to work all scheduled hours, including overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.\nMust be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and coworkers.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n* On the job Training\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and equipment.\nRequires repetitive movements and prolonged standing (upright rewinder) or sitting (tabletop rewinder).\nFast-paced production setting with strict quality and efficiency requirements.\nOperation requires the use of a strobe light for inspection.\nCommitment to Equal Opportunity\nInovar Packaging Group is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
