This role ensures smooth and efficient manufacturing processes by effectively monitoring employees, organizing workflows, and driving productivity in a fast-paced label production environment.\nThe ideal candidate will be highly competent, capable of managing complex operations, and skilled at optimizing day-to-day activities while maintaining cost efficiency. The ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality products while maximizing profitability.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibilities\nSet and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to employees.\nSupervise and evaluate staff performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.\nOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules.\nProvide coaching, technical leadership, and training in areas such as:Press setup/operation\nTesting and tooling\nTroubleshooting\nMachine metrics reporting\nChangeover processes\nSafety procedures\nRecord keeping\n\nEnsure the safe operation of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.\nConduct first article quality control (QC) checks to confirm printed and finished products meet job-ticket specifications.\nPrepare and submit performance and progress reports as required.\nIdentify and address inefficiencies, recommending process improvements.\nEnforce safety guidelines and uphold company values and standards.\nPromote accurate job costing by fostering a culture of precise time and material tracking for each job-ticket.\nExhibit strong leadership and supervisory skills, including:Training and developing teammates for roles with increased responsibilities.\nProviding constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.\n\nConduct daily shift meetings to discuss safety, produ\n\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Lead.\nProficiency in operating various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.\nStrong organizational and leadership abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset.\nEffective problem-solving skills.\nHigh school diploma required; a degree in a technical, engineering, or related field is preferred.\nAt Inovar, our values of Customer Focused, Partnership Driven, and Team Engagement guide how we work with our customers and with one another.\nInovar Packaging Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
