You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining sheet-fed printing presses to ensure products meet specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.\nResponsibilities\nOperate and maintain sheet-fed printing press equipment to produce jobs according to customer and job ticket specifications. \nReview job orders to determine press setup requirements, including substrates, inks, coatings, and finishing needs. \nSet up the press by loading sheets, installing plates and blankets, adjusting ink and water balance, and ensuring proper registration and color accuracy. \nMonitor the press during runs to maintain consistent quality and make necessary adjustments to ink flow, pressure, and feed. \nConduct quality checks on printed materials, ensuring adherence to company and customer standards. \nTroubleshoot press and print issues, minimizing downtime and material waste. \nPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and report any major repair needs. \nFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. \nCollaborate with supervisors, production teams, and quality staff to meet deadlines and customer requirements. \nRequirements\nExperience operating sheet-fed offset or digital presses, including Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, or similar equipment. \nStrong eye for detail, color accuracy, and quality standards. \nAbility to read and follow job tickets, production schedules, and quality specifications. \nMechanical aptitude and ability to perform adjustments and minor repairs. \nAbility to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced production environment. \nTeam player with strong communication skills and
