This role collaborates across the data science and IT teams as well as the broader Institute to prioritize enhancements, drive product delivery, support users, and maintain program documentation. The position also evaluates opportunities for continuous improvement and helps align PIC and IRIS capabilities with INPO's strategic objectives.\nEssential Functions\nServes as the Plant Information Center (PIC) and Industry Reporting and Information System (IRIS) Product Owner, coordinating with the Data Quality team to translate business priorities and requirements into actionable work for IT development teams\nLeads coordination of PIC and IRIS product delivery activities, including backlog management and prioritization, sprint planning support, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and capabilities\nMaintains and creates documentation for existing and new programs, products, process improvements and procedures regarding PIC and IRIS\nSupports, participates, or leads in PIC and IRIS industry and INPO initiatives\nCommunicates PIC and IRIS program updates to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and providing support as needed\nAssists in assessing the potential impact of changes within PIC and IRIS, including changes in scope, objectives, or project plans\nProvides flexible technical support to assist users with operationalization of digital tools\nAssists in assessing the potential for improvements or solutions within PIC and IRIS, with long term organizational strategies and goals in mind\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nDemonstrates strong knowledge of PIC and IRIS, leading important initiatives, offering guidance to team members, and promoting innovation and strategic improvements within the organization\nDemonstrates strong knowledge of industry data and INPO 19-002: Industry Reporting and Information System Reporting Requirements\nAdvanced ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, requirements documentation, and coordination with technical teams\nAbility to lead diverse teams to achieve common goals, while mentoring team members\nDemonstrates advanced planning, organizational, and time management skills, leading multiple projects, guiding team members, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals\nStrong ability to conduct research, gather information, and stay current with industry trends and best practices to influence change within relevant specialty area\nAdvanced ability to analyze data, trends, and complex problems to problem solve within relevant specialty area\nExemplifies a strong ability to seek out and learn from feedback, coaching, and new experiences.
