The role provides opportunities to build technical expertise in data visualization, reporting, and analytics while contributing to organizational objectives.\nEssential Functions\nAssists with identifying, gathering, and organizing data from a variety of sources to support reporting and analysis activities\nPerforms basic data validation, cleaning, and preparation activities to help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality\nDevelops and maintains dashboards, reports, charts, and other visualizations that effectively communicate data and key performance indicators\nSupports routine and ad hoc analyses by identifying trends, patterns, and insights within data under the guidance of senior team members\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and assist in delivering data-driven solutions to support business objectives\nHelps prepare presentations, summaries, and visual materials for stakeholders, translating data into clear and understandable information\nMaintains documentation related to data sources, reporting processes, methodologies, and visualization standards\nContinually develops knowledge of data visualization tools, analytics techniques, and industry best practices through training and practical application\nOther duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nBasic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data visualization concepts\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar technologies\nAbility to collect, organize, and interpret information from multiple data sources with attention to detail and accuracy\nDemonstrated ability to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies and apply them effectively to assigned work\nDemonstrates foundational knowledge of data visualization or analytics, with the ability to apply basic concepts and principles under guidance\nAbility to convey complex information and ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing\nAbility to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve common goals\nDemonstrates advanced planning, organizational, and time management skills, leading projects and supporting strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals\nDemonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new tasks, challenges, and environments, with a focus on strategic thinking\nAbility to support analysis of data, trends, and complex problems to problem solve within relevant specialty area\nConsistent, demonstrated ability to learn from feedback, coaching, and new experiences.
