through the engineering and equipment reliability qualification processes\nFrequent travel (up to 40%) is required to visit nuclear sites and other locations domestically and internationally.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAdvanced skills in building and maintaining positive relationships, handling complex conflicts with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with INPO’s mission\nAdvanced knowledge of INPO/WANO policies, practices and procedures\nWorking knowledge of engineering programs such as FAC, heat exchangers, breakers, and large motors\nAdvanced knowledge of AP-913, Equipment Reliability Process Description\nExtensive, comprehensive understanding of equipment and integrated plant systems, as well as thorough knowledge of design engineering and configuration management processes\nIn depth, comprehensive knowledge of the nuclear utility industry\nAdvanced proficiency in solving complex and multifaceted problems using data, trend, and analysis to inform decision making\nHigh levels of communication skills to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and compelling manner\nAdvanced ability to work independently as well as in teams/groups, to align long-term organizational strategies\nAbility to lead functional area and cross-functional teams\nAbility to work and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive/private information\nEducation, Licenses, and Certifications\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nPreferred\nSenior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification\nBachelor of Science degree in engineering, physical science or other related area\nNavy nuclear training\nExperience\nRequired\nSix or more years of professional work experience,\nFour or more years of experience in relevant specialty area\nTwo years of supervisory or equivalent experience\nPreferred\nFive or more years of nuclear plant experience\nTwo years of INPO/WANO evaluation experience\nTwo
