We’re looking for strong engineers who are comfortable with agentic engineering, from experienced professionals building complex systems and engineering tooling to a new generation of engineers who have embraced AI-driven development from the start of their careers.\n Senior DevOps Engineer\nInPost is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, maintain, and improve our infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational reliability across Payments Core, Merchant, and Consumer platforms. You'll work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and observable systems while supporting the evolution of our cloud-native platform and engineering tooling.\nYou'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security practices, helping teams deliver reliable services in a highly regulated fintech environment. You'll report to the Senior Engineering Manager and collaborate with software engineers, security specialists, and compliance stakeholders.\n→ Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking configurations, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions\nBuild and improve CI/CD processes to support fast, reliable, and secure software delivery\nManage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability\nSupport incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operational practices\nCollaborate with development teams to improve deployment standards, platform stability, and operational excellence\nImplement security best practices, including secrets management, access control, and infrastructure hardening\nContribute to infrastructure documentation, technical standards, and operational runbooks\nSupport cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure performance improvements\nParticipate in technical reviews and share knowledge across engineering teams\n 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments in production\nStrong experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment automation\nPractical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform\nExperience operating cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\nSolid understanding of observability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management\nExperience with security best practices for cloud-native applications and infrastructure\nWorking knowledge of databases and messaging systems in production environments\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering teams\nEnglish proficiency at B2 or above\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field\nNice to have\nExperience working in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments\nExperience with Kafka or other distributed messaging platforms\nFamiliarity with service meshes and cloud-native networking concepts\nKnowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices\nExperience with resilience engineering, disaster recovery, or chaos testing\nExposure to AI-assisted development tooling and engineering productivity platforms\nKnowledge of PCI DSS or PSD2-related operational requirements\nPolish language skills\n Why join InPost?\nSeat at the table on a core leadership team.\nGreenfield with a real mandate.
