succeed?\n5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.\nHands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services (especially Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus)\nProven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.\nStrong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.\nHands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services.\nKnowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.\nAbility to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of outcomes.\nPassion for mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.\nPractical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.\nProfessional Polish and English proficiency.\nNice to have\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.\nExperience with Python, FastAPI or Flask.\nKnowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis or Apache Kafka.\nExperience working within large-scale enterprise
