Claude Code is the company standard, while experience with equivalent agentic coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is also relevant\nThe challenges\nYou’ll be working within a highly complex distributed environment consisting of dozens of microservices and numerous communication channels. Understanding the wider system landscape will be just as important as working effectively with individual components.\nThe role also comes with a high degree of autonomy from day one. You’ll be expected to independently analyse topics, identify the right stakeholders, gather the necessary information, and take ownership of delivering solutions end-to-end.\nAI-assisted development is an integral part of the team’s way of working.
