As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own and deliver cross-team, end-to-end technology programs with real business impact.\nYou will operate autonomously across multiple teams and domains, connecting strategy to execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery translates into measurable outcomes.\nThis is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility.\nWhat you will do\nOwn and deliver complex, multi-team technology programs from planning through launch \nBuild end-to-end program plans: goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths \nCoordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively \nTranslate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes \nDefine and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery drives business value \nLead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews \nCoordinate non-functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability) \nSystematize AI usage in program execution (scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, reporting) \nDrive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews \nCommunicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership \nMentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks \nUse AI tooling to automate program management tasks (status reporting, risk monitoring) and coach teams on effective AI adoption\n 5+ years of professional experience in technology program management\n4+ years delivering complex, multi-domain programs with measurable business impact\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field\nWorking knowledge of M365, Atlassian Jira/Confluence\nBasics of SQL/PostgreSQL and at least one programming language\nFamiliarity with REST/SOAP web services, security fundamentals (VPN/SSL), and MongoDB\nStrong command of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies\nProven ability to develop and own initiative roadmaps, delivery plans, and risk registers\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis tools\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders\nWorking proficiency in both English and Polish\nNice to have:\nExperience managing third-party vendors or
