Due to the fact that our product consists of many elements that must work together efficiently and be managed effectively, we are looking for experienced consumer-focused (Web / Mobile App products) engineering leaders to join us in that journey - heavily influence our future platform build, improve processes and help us deliver best customer experience in the market across all types of devices.\n InPost Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial UX designer to improve and reinvent the customer facing solutions, that serve our users in more than 15 countries under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands. The right person will play a critical role in improving our customer experience and build a best-in-class experience to delight our customers, establish design principles and framework for the group to offer high quality and consistent solutions for global scale with cognisance of local markets' needs.\nThis role will focus specifically on financial products within InPost Pay, working closely with a small dedicated team on topics such as payments, subscriptions, and future financial services.\n→ Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office.\nYour responsibilities:\nBe the voice of our users and solve complex problems to define and improve the user experience for a range of digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.\nConduct user researches to understand customer needs and define opportunities\nCreate user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.\nCreate high fidelity mock-ups of visual designs consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.\nCollaborate effectively with the cross functional team including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of design solutions.\nAdvocate to stakeholders and educate them on inclusive and accessible design practices.\nSupport the design team by actively participating in meetings, providing constructive critique feedback, and offering support to fellow designers when necessary.\nUse a data-informed approach to design by defining and tracking key metrics, and clearly communicating how design decisions drive user and business impact.\n 5+ years of experience in digital product design: user research, information architecture, usability, prototyping, design process, etc, and sharp, up-to-date, UI skills\nExperience and understanding of working with financial services (e.g., banking, fintech)\nProven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude or similar), with concrete examples of how these tools supported the design process.\nPreferred experience and understanding of the specifics of working with B2B users\nA strong passion for applying and evangelizing human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams.\nExperience with prototyping tools - we use Figma.\nAble to work autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment and have experience working in agile and fast-paced surroundings.\nExperience and understanding of working with financial services (e.g., banking, fintech)\nProven experience using AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., Claude or similar), with concrete examples of how these tools supported the design process.\n Advanced English skills (spoken and written),
