In this role, you'll help shape how Engineering teams manage external workforce operations, hiring processes, financial administration and data-driven decision making. AI and automation are not side projects here; they are a core part of the role.\nYour impact\nContractor & Hiring Operations\nCoordinate the full contractor lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals and offboarding. \nSupport hiring activities across the Engineering organization, including OPEX-funded positions. \nMonitor recruitment funnel performance, pipeline health and hiring metrics while identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. \nProvide operational visibility into workforce capacity, hiring progress and contractor spend. \nFinancial & Contract Operations\nManage contractor and vendor agreement processes, including documentation and approvals. \nReconcile timesheets and ensure alignment with contractual arrangements. \nInitiate and monitor invoice payment processes. \nMaintain accurate records and operational processes within SAP and related systems. \nBudget Tracking & Reporting\nTrack contractor spend and Engineering headcount costs against budget plans. \nSupport business cases for new hires and contractor engagements through cost and budget analysis. \nPrepare consolidated reports covering headcount, hiring activity and spend management. \nGather and consolidate information from SAP, ATS platforms and time-tracking systems. \nAutomation & AI\nIdentify opportunities to automate operational workflows using AI and modern digital tools. \nBuild and maintain lightweight dashboards and reporting solutions. \nContinuously improve processes, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency. \nPMO Support\nSupport Engineering initiatives through project coordination and status tracking. \nHelp maintain visibility of timelines, actions and key deliverables across selected projects. \n 4+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, business support or finance operations. \nExperience with contract administration, vendor management and invoice processing. \nExperience working with SAP or the ability to learn quickly. \nStrong Excel and reporting skills. \nPractical experience using AI tools to improve operational processes. \nBasic SQL knowledge. \nFamiliarity with ATS platforms and recruitment processes. \nExperience building simple automations, low-code solutions or AI-driven workflows. \nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a related field. \nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher. \nWhat success looks like\nEfficient and reliable contractor and workforce operations. \nHigh-quality reporting and budget visibility for Engineering leaders. \nMeaningful automation of repetitive administrative processes. \nData-driven support for hiring and workforce planning decisions. \n Why join InPost?\nSeat at the table on a core leadership team.\nGreenfield with a real mandate.
