We’re looking for strong engineers who are comfortable with agentic engineering, from experienced professionals building complex systems and engineering tooling to a new generation of engineers who have embraced AI-driven development from the start of their careers.\n→ Hybrid working model: preferably 1 day per week in the Warsaw or Cracow office.\n We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our FinTech Platform organisation and help us drive critical technology, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance programmes.\nThis role combines programme leadership with deep understanding of technology governance, operational resilience, and security standards. You'll work with engineering, product, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered successfully across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nWhat will you work on?\nleading cross-functional programmes related to security, operational resilience, compliance, and new business initiatives,\nbuilding and maintaining programme roadmaps aligned with engineering plans and organisational priorities,\nmanaging dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple teams,\nproviding programme reporting, delivery visibility, and executive communication,\ndefining and promoting ICT security and resilience standards across the technology platform,\nsupporting digital operational resilience initiatives, business continuity testing, and incident management activities,\noverseeing third-party technology and security providers and ensuring compliance with required standards,\ntranslating regulatory requirements into actionable technology and delivery plans.\n This cooperation may be a strong match if you:\nhave at least 5 years of experience leading complex technical programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders,\nhave experience in programme planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting,\nhave at least 3 years of experience related to information and communication technology security, resilience, or governance,\nhave practical experience working with DORA, NIS2, or similar regulatory frameworks,\nunderstand third-party risk management and vendor oversight processes,\nare comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct line management authority,\nactively use modern digital and AI tools to improve programme management, communication, planning, reporting, and productivity,\ncommunicate in English at B2 level or higher.\nAdditional advantages:\nexperience in fintech, payments, banking, e-money, or crypto-related organisations,\nexperience supporting regulated entities and compliance-driven technology programmes,\nknowledge of PCI DSS and payment services security requirements,\nexperience with cloud security
