Note: for this position your shift can be extremely busy or extremely slow depending on the schedule. Must be able to adapt to either condition.Qualifications\n Key Qualifications:High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years relevant work experience, or Associates Degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field.\nDemonstration of active and effective communication skills, verbal and written.\nWell organized, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.\nSelf-driven and proactive in achieving goals.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment.\nMust be detail oriented and safety minded.\nExperience with high-purity chemical handling is a plus.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for employer sponsorship.\nAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift 40 pounds from floor to table height.\nAbility to move full 55-gallon drums with appropriate equipment.\nAbility to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing tasks inside chemical manufacturing and cleanroom environments.\nMay require fitting and use of respirator for specific tasks.\nAbility to use a hand truck, drum lifter, and pallet jack to transport heavy objects.\n\nAbility to use a glovebox that requires handling of small objects with thick rubber gloves.\nAbility to stand in one place for extended periods.\nAbility to use a keyboard and mouse for computer data entry.\nGenerally, 12-hour shifts with one of those days being on the weekend.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nBottle, label, and bag gallons of finished goods.\nDecant 1-gallon containers into smaller sample bottles inside a glovebox.\nPick bottles from various storage locations to prepare for shipment.\nPerform cleaning processes of various chemical manufacturing equipment under direction of engineering.\nReplace empty gas cylinders with full cylinders.\nPrepare HVM and Pilot batch production.\nManage chemical waste following defined procedures and regulations (emptying and disposal of bottles, transfer of drums to chemical storage location).\nPerform general housekeeping in manufacturing areas and adjacent chemical labs.\nPerform weekly inventory counts.\nPrepare drum shipments to warehouse, receive deliveries from warehouse.\nAssist engineers and technicians on a variety of tasks and projects.\nDocument completed work and remaining work in shift pass-down log.\nAdhere to strict semiconductor industry change control protocols by following all documented and defined procedures.\nWill be assigned to Day shift initially, with reassignment to A/B alternate shift after training.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nCompensation, Benefits, and Inpria\n Compensation and Benefits: Inpria offers competitive compensation including a bonus and an excellent benefits package: \nGroup health, dental, and vision insurance with family coverage.\nLife insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability paid for 100% by Inpria.\n401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.\nThirteen (13) Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.\nAbout Inpria:\nInpria Corporation is the world leader in metal oxide photoresist design, development, and manufacturing.
