The role provides day-to-day EHS support, chemical-management, auditing, and compliance checks to keep the Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System organized, accurate, and inspection-ready.Responsabilidades\nKey Qualifications:BS and/or MS in Environmental Science, Safety, Chemistry, or an associate degree with relevant experience\nPrior experience in EHS, laboratory, manufacturing, or regulatory preferred.\nBasic understanding of OSHA workplace safety requirements\nUnderstanding of chemical hazards\nSafety Data Sheet (SDS) knowledge and experience\nBasic computer skills with database software programs\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for employer sponsorship.\nAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.\nPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to use a keyboard and mouse for computer data entry and/or analysis, and for presenting data.\nAbility to wear a respirator (upon training/certification) for processes that may require it.\nAbility to wear standard cleanroom attire in areas that require it.\nAbility to wear standard PPE in areas that require it.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nAbility to operate heavy machinery, including, but not limited to forklifts and drum lifters.\n40 hours/week or more may vary depending on the needs of the department; occasional weekend or overtime may be required.\nAbility to lift 50 pounds from floor to table height.\nAbility to sit and/or stand in one place for extended periods.\nPhysical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, pushing, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.\nStanding, walking, bending, stooping, and crouching for extended periods throughout the shift.\nRequired to travel 10% of the time (domestic).\nRequisitos\nEnsure SDSs are maintained in appropriate databases and available for business and employee needs\nReview incoming chemicals against storage limits, operational risks, and EHS approval\nSupport SDS requests for external and internal chemical shipments\nKeep SDSs database updated and available for review\nCompile and track chemical inventories to ensure compliance obligations and legal requirements are met\nSupport EHS-related LIMS activities, including chemical and sample data entry, record maintenance, workflow support, and data accuracy\nSupport regulatory compliance and assist Regulatory Affairs team\nReview departmental process instructions to ensure EHS expectations are met\nMaintain departmental compliance calendar and schedule/support completion of required tasks\nAssist department in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications\nSupport incident processing, investigation, and problem solving \nConduct EHS audits as assigned and support corrective actions\nPerform and document routine inspections of emergency equipment and supplies\nCoordinate document reviews and periodic revisions as necessary\nSupport regulatory permitting and maintenance of compliance records\nAssist during regulatory inspections and audits\nSupport continual improvement initiatives such as 6S and visual management \nPerform EHS-related duties as assigned\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nBeneficios\nInpria offers competitive compensation, including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package:Medical, dental, and vision insurance (including family coverage).\nLife insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability (company-paid).\n401(k) with employer matching contributions.\nPaid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.\nAbout Inpria\nInpria Corporation is the world leader in metal oxide photoresist design, development, and manufacturing.
