The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams in a growing semiconductor materials manufacturing environment.\nQualifications\nKey Qualifications:Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n2-4 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, materials coordination, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain functions.\nWorking knowledge of inventory management, production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and bill of materials (BOM) principles.\nExperience utilizing ERP or inventory management systems to maintain material, inventory, and production planning data.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution across cross-functional teams.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Finance.\nExperience working in a semiconductor, chemical manufacturing, or advanced technology environment preferred.\nExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP/MRP systems, or production scheduling software preferred.\nAPICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred but not required.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for employer sponsorship.\nAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.\nPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 10 pounds from floor to table height.\nAbility to sit and/or stand in one place for extended periods.\nPerform fine motor skills for keyboarding and mouse use.\nBe able to stand and walk short distances throughout the day.\nOccasional day travel between Inpria manufacturing sites may be required.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCollect, analyze, and maintain customer demand forecasts to support material requirements, inventory planning, and production scheduling.\nMaintain and validate bills of materials (BOMs), ensuring accurate material requirements, quantities, and product information within planning systems.\nMonitor raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory levels to support production requirements and customer demand.\nCoordinate monthly inventory reconciliation, physical inventory, and discrepancy investigation activities across manufacturing sites and third-party warehouses, partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure accurate inventory records, support corrective actions, and enable timely financial close.\nAnalyze material requirements against customer forecasts, production demand, and available inventory to identify potential shortages or excess inventory.\nCoordinate with Procurement and Logistics to ensure material availability and appropriate inventory positioning across manufacturing and warehouse locations.\nDevelop and maintain production schedules in coordination with Manufacturing and the Planning Coordinator, balancing customer requirements, material availability, and production capacity.\nMonitor production progress and communicate scheduling changes, material constraints, and potential delivery risks to relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate BOM, inventory, forecasting, and production planning information within ERP, MES, and other business systems.\nGenerate and maintain planning reports and performance metrics related to forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, material availability, and production schedule adherence.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP/MRP systems, inventory management processes, and production planning workflows.\nCollaborate with the Planning Coordinator to align customer orders, production requirements, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory control, operational efficiency, and supply chain processes.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nCompensation, Benefits, and Inpria\nInpria offers competitive compensation, including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package:Medical, dental, and vision insurance (including family coverage).\nLife insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability (company-paid).\n401(k) with employer matching contributions.\nPaid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.\nAbout Inpria:\nInpria Corporation is the world leader in metal oxide photoresist design, development, and manufacturing.
