We seek an enthusiastic and conscientious candidate to join our Quality team contributing directly to our Manufacturing Operations by supporting data entry into Inpria’s Quality Management Systems and ensuring Pilot finished goods meet quality specifications and standards. At Inpria, you will audit all aspects of our Pilot Manufacturing Operations comparing on-the-job processing steps against documented process instructions.Responsabilidades\nKey Qualifications:AA Degree in a Science or Engineering field, or 2-3 years' manufacturing or Quality Assurance experience in a closely related field.\nTrack record of safe laboratory practices.\nActive and effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.\nAttention to detail.\nTeamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing operations environment; ability to mentor Operators and provide constructive feedback to aligns documentation to on-the-job processes.\nDeep understanding of Change Control protocols in the semiconductor industry.\nProficiency in MS products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for employer sponsorship.\nAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.\n Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 20 lbs. Overhead.\nAbility to wear standard PPE and cleanroom attire in areas that require it.\nAbility to use a keyboard and mouse for computer data analysis, data entry, report generation, and presentations.\nRequisitos\nAssist with creation of finished goods labelling and barcode set up.\nCompile Pilot processing data in support of Pilot Certificate of Analysis.\nAudit on-the-job processes against documented process instructions; flag discrepancies.\nSupport investigations related to manufacturing deviations, nonconformances, and operational events.\nContribute to Change Control, DRB/MRB investigations, and NPI activities.\nGenerate summary report for recertification or corrective action, as appropriate.\nMaintain Pilot production set up in Inpria’s QMS system.\nVerify and log raw material additions into Inpria’s QMS system.\nData entry of incoming quality Certificates of Analysis.\nMaintain deep understanding (via frequent training) of Inpria’s Pilot Operations.\nVerify key steps in the Pilot production process for QC.\nPerform internal QC testing on bottled finished goods material.\nSubmit and track QC samples for testing.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nBeneficios\nInpria offers competitive compensation including a bonus and an excellent benefits package: Group health, dental, and vision insurance with family coverage.\nLife insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability paid for 100% by Inpria.\n401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.\nThirteen (13) Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.\nAbout Inpria:\nInpria Corporation is the world leader in metal oxide photoresist design, development, and manufacturing.
