The Opportunity :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head - ServiceNow to own and scale end-to-end delivery across multiple strategic accounts and enterprise transformation programs.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong combination of ServiceNow expertise, delivery governance, P&L ownership, customer leadership, account growth and people management.

What You'll Own :

1. Delivery & Program Leadership :

- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple large-scale ServiceNow programs and strategic accounts.

- Ensure projects meet contractual commitments, quality standards, timelines, SLAs and customer outcomes.

- Establish delivery governance, KPIs, operating rhythms, escalation mechanisms and continuous improvement frameworks.

- Monitor overall delivery health, risks, dependencies, milestones, utilization and resource capacity across accounts.

- Lead complex transformation and turnaround engagements with a strong focus on predictable delivery.

2. Customer & CXO Engagement :

- Act as a senior strategic advisor to enterprise customers and CXO stakeholders.

- Drive executive governance reviews, value realization discussions and technology roadmaps.

- Build long-term customer relationships and strengthen customer confidence and retention.

- Own critical escalations and work with internal and client leadership teams to drive timely resolution.

3. ServiceNow Leadership :

- Provide strategic direction across ServiceNow implementations, transformations and managed services.

- Leverage strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture.

- Bring expertise across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, GRC and SecOps.

- Provide oversight across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and enterprise integrations.

- Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices, accelerators, automation and platform optimization.

- Build and scale ServiceNow Centers of Excellence (CoE) and delivery capabilities.

4. P&L & Business Growth :

- Own delivery P&L, revenue, margins, forecasting, utilization and cost optimization.

- Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify renewal, upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

- Support solution shaping, effort estimation, commercials and delivery strategy for strategic opportunities.

- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, presales discussions and solution workshops.

- Contribute to account strategy and long-term business growth.

5. People & Organization Leadership :

- Lead and mentor large, multi-disciplinary delivery organizations of 100-200+ professionals.

- Manage distributed teams across onshore, offshore and nearshore delivery models.

- Develop Program Managers, Delivery Managers, Architects and other senior leaders.

- Drive succession planning, leadership development, capability building and talent retention.

- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow delivery leadership.

- Strong career progression from ServiceNow Developer/Programmer - Technical Lead - Manager - Program/Account/Delivery Leadership.

- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture foundation earlier in your career.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs.

- Experience managing multiple programs and strategic accounts simultaneously.

- Demonstrated experience leading 100-200+ member delivery organizations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and enterprise implementations.

- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, GRC and SecOps.

- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and integrations.

- Experience working within complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of delivery governance, SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, NPS and operational excellence.
