Delivery & Program Leadership : \n\n- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple large-scale ServiceNow programs and strategic accounts.\n\n- Ensure projects meet contractual commitments, quality standards, timelines, SLAs and customer outcomes.\n\n- Establish delivery governance, KPIs, operating rhythms, escalation mechanisms and continuous improvement frameworks.\n\n- Monitor overall delivery health, risks, dependencies, milestones, utilization and resource capacity across accounts.\n\n- Lead complex transformation and turnaround engagements with a strong focus on predictable delivery.\n\n2. Customer & CXO Engagement : \n\n- Act as a senior strategic advisor to enterprise customers and CXO stakeholders.\n\n- Drive executive governance reviews, value realization discussions and technology roadmaps.\n\n- Build long-term customer relationships and strengthen customer confidence and retention.\n\n- Own critical escalations and work with internal and client leadership teams to drive timely resolution.\n\n3. ServiceNow Leadership : \n\n- Provide strategic direction across ServiceNow implementations, transformations and managed services.\n\n- Leverage strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture.\n\n- Bring expertise across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, GRC and SecOps.\n\n- Provide oversight across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and enterprise integrations.\n\n- Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices, accelerators, automation and platform optimization.\n\n- Build and scale ServiceNow Centers of Excellence (CoE) and delivery capabilities.\n\n4. P&L & Business Growth : \n\n- Own delivery P&L, revenue, margins, forecasting, utilization and cost optimization.\n\n- Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify renewal, upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.\n\n- Support solution shaping, effort estimation, commercials and delivery strategy for strategic opportunities.\n\n- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, presales discussions and solution workshops.\n\n- Contribute to account strategy and long-term business growth.\n\n5.
