We are looking for a strategic thinker, storyteller, and transformation consultant who can engage with CIOs, CTOs, Digital Transformation Leaders, and business executives to architect future-ready ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\nStrategic Client Advisory :\n\n- Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, transformation objectives, and operational challenges.\n\n- Position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform rather than a technology implementation.\n\n- Lead executive discovery workshops and transformation assessments.\n\n- Define digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes and organizational goals.\n\nPresales Leadership :\n\n- Own solution strategy for enterprise opportunities across ServiceNow portfolios.\n\n- Lead pursuit teams for large and strategic deals from qualification to closure.\n\n- Build compelling value propositions, business cases, and ROI-driven solution narratives.\n\n- Present differentiated solutions during customer workshops, executive briefings, and proposal defenses.\n\n- Support RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and strategic bid management initiatives.\n\nEnterprise Solution Architecture :\n\n- Design scalable enterprise architectures leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.\n\n- Drive platform strategy, governance frameworks, and transformation blueprints.\n\n- Recommend best-fit solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, AIOps, SecOps, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SPM.\n\n- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and operational objectives.\n\nGrowth & Market Expansion :\n\n- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop account growth strategies.\n\n- Identify new business opportunities, expansion initiatives, and industry-specific offerings.\n\n- Build reusable solution assets, accelerators, and GTM frameworks.\n\n- Represent Input Zero in industry events, customer forums, and strategic discussions.\n\nThought Leadership :\n\n- Act as a ServiceNow evangelist and trusted advisor.\n\n- Drive innovation through automation, AI, workflow transformation, and operational excellence.\n\n- Mentor solution consultants, architects, and presales teams.\n\n- Contribute to capability building and organizational growth.\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\nExperience :\n\n- 12+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Presales, or Solution Architecture.\n\n- 5+ years of deep ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or presales experience.\n\n- Proven experience working with global customers across North America, Europe, APAC, or Middle East.\n\n- Experience handling strategic enterprise deals and large transformation programs.\n\nServiceNow Expertise :\n\nStrong understanding of :\n\n- IT Service Management (ITSM)\n\n- IT Operations Management (ITOM)\n\n- CMDB & Discovery\n\n- Event Management & AIOps\n\n- IT Asset Management (ITAM)\n\n- Customer Service Management (CSM)\n\n- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)\n\n- Security Operations (SecOps)\n\n- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)\n\n- ServiceNow Platform Architecture & Integrations\n\nLeadership
