Description\n\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\n\n Define and own the Intelligent Connectissvity product roadmap in alignment with inq.'s revenue and positioning goals.\n\n Conduct ongoing market analysis — tracking competitive offerings, customer needs, and technology trends in Nigerian enterprise connectivity.\n\n Identify new product opportunities and portfolio gaps; build business cases for investment decisions.\n\n Translate infrastructure capability (fibre, undersea cable, MPLS) into differentiated commercial propositions.\n\nPricing, Commercialisation & GTM\n\n Develop and maintain pricing models for DIA, MPLS VPN, Satellite, SD-WAN, IP/IPLC, LEO, and FabricLink products across all delivery tiers.\n\n Define and execute GTM strategy for new products, working with the PSS on launch readiness and sales enablement.\n\n Own the commercial handover to the Sales team — ensuring every product has complete positioning and enablement materials before it goes to market.\n\n Approve and quality-control all Intelligent Connectivity materials produced by the PSS.\n\nProduct Performance & Management\n\n Monitor product revenue, margin, adoption, and customer churn — producing monthly performance reports for the Head I&P.\n\n Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for Sales, Presales, and Customer Support.\n\n Manage the PSS's output, workload, and professional development.\n\n Feed product performance data and market insight to the Commercial Intelligence & Planning Analyst for portfolio-level analysis.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration\n\n Work with Network/Engineering to align product capabilities with infrastructure investment.\n\n Collaborate with Partner Services to identify connectivity products suitable for partner co sell.\n\n Partner with the Presales Solution Consultant on complex connectivity bids and solution design.\n\nRequirements\n\nSkills/Key Competencies\n\n Strategic Product Thinking – ability to define and defend a product roadmap with commercial grounding.\n\n Customer Orientation – deep understanding of enterprise customer requirements and buying behaviour.\n\n Technical Credibility – able to engage with network and technology teams at a meaningful level.\n\n Collaboration & Influence – works effectively across functions to drive product decisions.\n\n Commercial Acumen – strong grasp of pricing, margin, revenue modelling, and revenue drivers.\n\n Execution Discipline – follows through from strategy to deliverable with rigour.\n\nKnowledge and Experience\n\n Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity technologies including fibre, microwave, MPLS, IP/MPLS, satellite, and
