apportant une expertise métier sur les sujets de process, de méthodes et de complexité comptable.\nSoutenir le volet « process et méthodes » en phase de déploiement et en phase de run, en répondant aux sollicitations qualifiées du Partner Success.\nIntervenir en atelier produit sur des sujets techniques ou métier complexes, en tant que modérateur et traducteur entre le client et l’équipe produit.\nProfil recherché\n* Expérience obligatoire : au moins 10 ans en cabinet d’expertise comptable.* Intérêt pour les outils SaaS et le travail en lien avec des équipes transverses.\n* Aisance relationnelle, posture professionnelle impeccable.\n* Goût pour le conseil, la pédagogie et la qualité de service.\n* Sens de l’écoute, de l’analyse et de la diplomatie.\n* Excellente communication
