Ce poste est idéal pour une personne autonome souhaitant avoir un impact concret et durable au sein d'une organisation en croissance.\nMissions\nRecueillir les besoins auprès des managers et cadrer les recrutements avec la Head of People.\nRédiger et diffuser les offres, développer le sourcing et constituer des viviers de candidats adaptés aux besoins.\nOrganiser le parcours d’intégration avec les managers et les équipes concernées : planning, intervenants, contenus et rendez-vous de suivi.\nProfil recherché\n### Votre expérience* 5 ans d'expérience dans le recrutement de bout en bout, idéalement dans une entreprise en croissance ou un environnement SaaS.\n* Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle, à prioriser et à accompagner les managers avec des recommandations argumentées.\n* Expérience de projets de développement RH menés en parallèle du recrutement (onboarding, formation, marque employeur…).\n### Vos compétences et appétences\n* Maîtrise du sourcing, de la conduite d’entretien et des outils de suivi des candidatures.\n* Intérêt pour la formation, l’intégration et la marque employeur, avec l’envie de construire des pratiques simples et utiles.\n### Votre état d’esprit\n* Rigoureux·se, à l’écoute et avec un vrai sens du service.\n* À l’aise avec la confidentialité et la communication claire auprès des candidats comme des
