For more than 50 years, our high performance superconductors have met the needs of healthcare, academic and industrial organizations worldwide, helping drive new discoveries in the clinical and pharmaceutical sectors, including the breakthrough technology of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning, advanced materials science, and sustainable energies.\nPosition Overview:\nThis position is a key role in our manufacturing production facility.\nThis is a 2nd Shift role with normal working hours between 3PM to 11:30PM.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFollow all safety regulations as stated in the OST Safety Manual.\nProficiently use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers\nAssembly of etch-cleaned parts in a clean room environment\nAssist in the development and revision of billet packing procedures as needed\nMaintain well-organized manufacturing paperwork\nSupport and help improve our Lean manufacturing practices\nWork comfortably as part of a team on some tasks, and work comfortably with minimal supervision at other times\nNeed to be capable of lifting 50 pounds\nMaintain a clean work environment\nWorking overtime as the production schedule requires\nAble to follow packing diagrams\nCross-training as required per business needs\nQualifications\nQualifications Needed:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nManufacturing experience preferred\nMust have basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).\nAbility to communicate, read, and write in English.\nAbility to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment.\nAbility to read and understand all safety operating procedures and to use all safety features and equipment.\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nMust have US Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Sponsorship is not available for this position. \nAt Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated hourly range for this full-time position is between $18.00/hr and $25.00/hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
