Being one of the world's leading analytical instrumentation companies, Bruker is strongly committed to further fully meet its customers’ needs as well as to continue to develop state-of-the-art technologies and innovative solutions for today's analytical questions.\nThe Bruker AXS-EM division is looking for an Electromechanical Assembly and Test Engineer to support production of our world-leading Electron Microscopes.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, test, and debug high voltage electronics and hardware\nCreate and/or improve assembly documentation\nDocument and improve test procedures\nWork closely with vendor network to support outsourcing\nProvide service engineers with field support\nOccasional travel to installation sites worldwide, less than 10% time.\nStrong teamwork ethic for collaborating on the total project goals and timeline\nQualifications\n2-year AS or 4-year BS degree in electronic engineering or similar.\nAS with 2-4 years of experience or BS with 0-3 years of experience\nAbility to read schematics.\nBasic understanding of analog and digital circuits.\nAbility to solder at a basic level, if needed further training will be provided.\nFamiliarity with computers, oscilloscopes, multimeters and other everyday equipment.\nAbility to work with assembly instructions as well as update them as needed, and cheerfully help and support co-workers.\nAt Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $70,200 and $125,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
