The role is accountable for translating enterprise priorities into integrated execution plans, establishing effective governance, aligning geographically dispersed workstreams and providing clear decision support to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team and senior steering committees. The position requires experience delivering global enterprise projects in an organization of approximately $4B or greater revenue. It serves as the senior project-management authority within the PMO, mentors other project resources and selectively co-leads complex initiatives with Deloitte subject-matter experts while Bruker retains ownership of decisions and outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nLead complex global programs from charter and business case through implementation, stabilization and benefits realization\nDefine scope, outcomes, milestones, resources, financial requirements and delivery accountabilities across functions and regions\nManage multiple workstreams and interdependencies across Finance, BPO, GBS, IT, Tax, business groups and external partners\nEstablish steering committees, decision rights, stage gates, escalation paths and executive reporting routines\nPrepare and present concise program status, risks, trade-offs, recommendations and decision requests to CFO and ELT-level stakeholders\nEnsure major decisions, assumptions and dependencies are vetted, documented, owned, and resolved on a timely basis\nOwn program-level RAID, dependency, resource, budget and benefits tracking\nIdentify emerging delivery risks and develop practical mitigation and recovery plans\nPartner with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to maintain business-case integrity and benefits visibility\nSet consistent project-management standards, templates and governance expectations across the PMO\nCoach the Project Manager, PMO Analyst and project workstream leads\nUse Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved tools to improve reporting, documentation and meeting productivity while ensuring human review and accountability\nDefine clear work packages, outcomes and accountabilities for Deloitte and other external partners\nUse Deloitte selectively as SMEs or project co-leads where specialized expertise or peak capacity is required\nMaintain Bruker ownership of scope, decisions, stakeholder alignment and sustainable capability transfer\nPerform other duties as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor Degree in business, finance, technology, engineering or a related field; Master Degree and continuing education preferred.\nActive PMP certification required; program-management or change-management certification preferred.\nMinimum 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience within a global life sciences or biotechnology work environment,\nDemonstrated successful experience leading global enterprise projects in a company of approximately $4B or greater revenue,\nProven experience presenting to CFO, ELT and senior steering committees and securing decisions,\nProgressive experience across Finance transformation, GBS/shared services, ERP/S/4HANA, M&A integration, e-commerce, Order Management, tax or e-invoicing.\nAdvanced financial acumen with business-case management and benefits-realization capability.\nExcellent executive, interpersonal, communication (written and oral), stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, collaboration, and presentation skills.\nExperience leading consulting and external delivery partners.\nAdvanced Microsoft 365 and project/portfolio tool capability with proven ability to use Copilot responsibly.\nCapable of articulating a vision or plan, gaining organizational commitment to action, and managing through others to achieve results. \nFluent English required; additional language capability is an advantage.\nOperates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.\nAbility to satisfactorily complete position training and compliance requirements.\nAbility to maintain current knowledge of company tools, products, and applications.\nReliable transportation and valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.\nMaintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel as required.\nAt Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $151,200.00 and $269,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
