You'll work closely with our Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to deliver great campaigns and keep our clients happy.\nIf you love working with people, enjoy keeping things organized, and know your way around digital and influencer marketing, we'd love to hear from you!\nThis is fully remote role, with required availability from M-F 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET).\nWho are we looking for?Required:\n4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.\n\nGood understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.\n\nGreat organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.\n\nExcellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining client relationships.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with different teams.\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems to keep campaigns running smoothly.\n\nFamiliarity with influencer marketing platforms and paid media campaigns is a nice to have\n\nResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management & Growth\nBe the main point of contact for clients, making sure they have a great experience from onboarding to campaign delivery.\n\nBuild and maintain good relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs.\n\nAddress client questions, solve problems, and make sure they're happy with our services.\n\nIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and help clients grow their influencer marketing campaigns.\n\nCampaign & Project Management\nManage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track.\n\nWork with Influencer Marketing Managers to find and match the right creators for each campaign.\n\nKeep track of campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\n\nKeep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress and next steps.\n\nDigital Marketing & Paid Social\nHelp brands develop creative ideas for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.\n\nWork with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to review briefs and provide feedback.\n\nCollaborate with Paid Media Specialists to make sure content supports campaign goals and performance.\n\nContent Delivery & Post-Production\nWork with creators to make sure content meets brand guidelines and campaign requirements.\n\nCoordinate with Motion Designers to manage content editing and final delivery.\n\nReview content and provide clear, helpful feedback to creators and internal teams.\n\n📍 This is a remote contractor role, with compensation paid in USD.
