Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. \nRole: Associate Creative Director (Art) \nLocation: Manila, Philippines\nAbout the role: \nWe are currently looking to hire an Associate Creative Director (Art) with 8 to 10 years of experience to manage social networks for a top client. The successful candidate will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media. An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage. \nWhat you will be doing: \nTaking projects across multiple platforms/channels, from brief to completion, experience with creative ideation and adaptation process whilst working closely within the client’s brand guidelines. \nExperience with working on alcohol or other refreshment brands is a must. \nProduce digital concepts, design and assets to the client’s brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with their creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts. \nProduce beautiful and innovative work across digital platforms and channels based on client’s brief \nResponsible for the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution \nWork closely with the team to create strong strategy and concepts from the initial briefing \nLead in pitching creative solutions in response to Client’s marketing strategies \nManage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications \nEnsure all design work adheres to the latest digital and social trends and requirements \nWork with the Creative Director to lead creatives and secure necessary clearances for studio output \nWhat you need to be great in this role: \nStrong strategy, conceptualization, and art Direction, especially on digital channels for client brands \nHas sufficient knowledge and experience using AI in design and video production \nA highly creative integrated designer with the ability to take and positively influence client briefs with your own innovative ideas \nConfident in bringing your own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of artwork collateral \nUnderstanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends. \nEffectively organising and prioritising workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with their own ideas and conceptual creativity \nHigh proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch After Effects and associated prototyping tools, \nAbility to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion \nAbility to take, interpret and deliver design projects within agreed deadlines \nExcellent project management skills \nExperience in managing designs for brands across social media, performance marketing, digital branding, e-comm. \nPassion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies \nUnderstanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical \nReq ID:17407\n#LI-EP1 #LI-Onsite\nOur values shape everything we do: \nBeAmbitious to succeed \nBe Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible \nBe Inspirational to do groundbreaking work \nBe always learning and listening to understand \nBe Results-focused to exceed expectations \nBe actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations \nOur recruitment process does not employ artificial intelligence for selection.
