The role will support one of India’s leading beauty and cosmetics brands, working across its diverse product portfolio. Your responsibilities include providing strategic insights, ensuring creative consistency across various touchpoints like social media, influencers, performance marketing, E-commerce, D2C, and POSM. You'll be leading and inspiring a team of writers, designers, and account managers to deliver high-quality work. This role demands a creative vision, collaborative spirit, an adeptness in working with diverse stakeholders, and an unwavering focus on the bigger picture. \nWhat you will be doing: \nLead an integrated team, providing guidance and management. \nDrive constant experimentation and content innovation to identify breakthrough ideas. \nDevelop brand and cultural narratives to establish a compelling brand identity. \nCollaborate with internal and external partners to generate fresh content ideas and drive Shorts adoption. \nExecute go-to-market plans and campaigns, keeping abreast of the latest trends. \nAlign content strategies with stakeholders for a unified approach. \nOversee influencer content planning, ensuring seamless integration into owned and earned media plans. \nApprove content plans, creative layouts, monthly narratives, and assets. \nMonitor and approve all asset production briefs and creative outputs. \nLead all aspects of content creation, from content creator selection to on-site shoots and asset production. \nEstablish KPIs and objectives, providing regular measurement reporting. \nWhat you need to be great in this role: \nMinimum 6 years of content management and strategy experience, ideally in top-tier agencies, with a robust digital background. \nDemonstrated proficiency in handling Beauty brands. \nProven experience managing teams of at least 8 members in previous roles. \nInnate creativity with a clear strategic vision and strong attention to detail. \nExceptional influencing skills and adept at creative problem-solving. \nExcellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills. \nProficiency in managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, and maximizing productivity. \nSeasoned creator with a track record of seeing projects through from concept to completion. \nHighly creative with a strong ability to generate ideas and contribute practically to studio output. \nSelf-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. \nCollaborative team player, open-minded, and devoid of political inclinations. \nProven ability to lead and inspire creative teams effectively. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization. \nDiscretion in handling confidential and personal information. \nDriven, proactive, and enthusiastic team player. \nPassion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies \nUnderstanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical \nIn this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and elevating the brand narrative for these beauty brands, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across the team and with external partners.
