Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. \nJob Title: Procurement Executive\nRole: Freelancer\nDuration: 3 months\nLocation: Manila, Philippines \nAbout the role: \nSupport the procurement function by executing purchase activities, processing requisitions and POs, maintaining supplier records, and assisting the Procurement Manager with daily tasks to ensure timely supply of goods and services.\nWhat you will be doing: \nProcess purchase requests, obtain approvals, issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers. \nProvide basic procurement and inventory administrative support, update stock records and assist the Procurement Manager while learning end-to-end procurement processes \nMaintain and update procurement records, supplier databases and contracts. \nPerform regular inventory updates and reconcile stock records with physical counts. \nTrack deliveries and resolve shipment or invoice discrepancies. \nAssist the Procurement Manager with supplier selection and vendor performance tracking \nPrepare procurement reports and basic spend analysis for management. \nExpedite orders, escalate delays and coordinate replacements when needed. \nFamiliar with NetSuite. \n5 days work week hybrid. \nWhat you need to be great in this role: \n2--5 years procurement/purchasing experience or relevant supply-chain role \nProficient with MS Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred \nGood communication and negotiation skills with excellent co-ordination skills. \nStrong experience with a MacOS environment. \nPreference for candidates with experience in working with different countries in a region. \nMust be proficient in English - both speaking and writing. \nPersonal attributes: \nSelf-motivated, working with little supervision. \nProven ability to communicate and liaise with junior - mid levels in the business. \nDiscrete about all confidential and personal information. \nDriven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.\nPassion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies \nUnderstanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical \nReq ID:18564\n#LI-D1 #LI-Onsite\nOur values shape everything we do: \nBeAmbitious to succeed \nBe Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible \nBe Inspirational to do groundbreaking work \nBe always learning and listening to understand \nBe Results-focused to exceed expectations \nBe actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations \nOur recruitment process does not employ artificial intelligence for selection.
